    The Ilikai is a good location for trips to Waikiki. Right next to Hilton Hawaiian Village - it's near a lot of restaurants and activities. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Never called for help - but felt that they were always available as their notices were filled with info on how to get in touch. The building is a bit crowded and the elevators are often full but that was a VERY minor issue.
